Refund & Returns Policy

At Atomic Ammunition, we take pride in manufacturing premium, reliable ammunition. Because of the nature of our products and the safety of our customers, our return and refund policies differ from typical retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Ammunition Sales Are Final

For the safety of every customer, all ammunition sales are final. Once ammunition leaves our facility, we cannot accept it back for return, exchange, or refund. This is standard practice across the ammunition industry — we have no way to verify that returned ammunition has been stored properly or has not been tampered with. Every round we ship must be factory-fresh and safe to fire, and accepting returns would compromise that guarantee.

It is your responsibility to verify that you are ordering the correct caliber, grain weight, and load type for your firearm before completing your purchase. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@atomicammunition.com. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order enters our shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@atomicammunition.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product, and a description of the issue.

After we review your claim, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion. Do not ship anything back to us without receiving authorization first — any unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Incorrect Orders

If we made an error and shipped you the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return at our expense and ship the correct product or issue a full refund. Please do not open or use incorrectly shipped ammunition — it must be returned in its original, sealed packaging.

Non-Ammunition Products

If we sell accessories, apparel, or other non-ammunition items, these may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original-packaging condition. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Shipping costs for non-ammunition returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after we approve your refund for it to appear on your statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will reship your order or issue a refund. We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, especially for larger orders. Once a package is delivered and confirmed by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss at the delivery location.
